We are looking to hire an Assistant IT Manager to join our team.
Key Deliverables
Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support IW objectives.
Evaluate and recommend new technologies and solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Oversee the implementation and maintenance of software systems, including business applications, communication tools, and collaboration platforms.
Project management
Software/Hardware vendor management
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to identify IT requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions.
Manage IT budgets and expenses, optimizing spending to achieve cost- effective solutions.
Lead and mentor IT staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor��s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Experience in IT for 7- 8 years, preferably in a startup or small business environment.
Must possess software application knowledge including but not limited to ERP configuration/support experience, logistics operational system, integration expertise.
Hands on project management experience to devise project plan, execute and monitor with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in software/hardware vendor management.
Software product development expertise including design, develop MVP/beta versions will be an added advantage.
