The detailed job description/scope of the work will be discussed during the interview with the Head of the Department.
You would be offered a 2-year non renewable contract
13th month salary (Annual Wage Supplement).
Gratuity of about 2 months of basic salary upon completion of 2 years contract.
Generally, there might be additional benefits, including:
24 days Annual Leaves

11 days Public Holidays
Medical Malpractice Insurance (will be reimbursed by the employer)
The on-call frequency is usually 4 - 6 times per month and each call might last up to 30 - 36 hours.
